Package Return Policy

Episkill Center Customer Product Refund Policy

FULL REFUND POLICY

Episkill Center is very firm about the quality of the products and assures at most satisfaction and customer support. Episkill Center also obliges to Government of India rules and regulations under Customer rights. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the packages, If you are enrolled in Platinum Course then you may return it within 15 days of purchase if packages only in marketable condition, and  totally in unused condition. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. If the Package is damages or used 100% refund policy will not be applicable.

1. for a full refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy. But within 15 days only GST amount deduction will applicable or necessary as per GST law, other than GST amount no other deduction occurs.
2. , If you are enrolled in Normal Course then you may return it within 1 days of purchase for a full refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy. But within 1 days only GST amount deduction will applicable or necessary as per GST law, other than GST amount no other deduction occurs.

The 100% refund / Full Refund policy is applicable only for packages in marketable condition, and  totally in unused condition. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. If the Package is damages or used 100% refund policy will not be applicable.

In below conditions the refund will not be processed for Customers.

• The package can be returned within 15 days from the date of order for platinum course OR Allowed to access maximum 5 to 7 videos(FREE VIDEOS FOR REVIEW)or 2-3 online live classes(if online zoom or any platform live classes for any course is continuing) entitled for review in case of Platinum courses  which ever is earlier. After watching the entitled review videos/live classes  if you are continuing  for watching further videos or attending further classes online  then it is treated as you are fully satisfied with the course content and videos and you are further  not entitled for any REFUND (i.e 100% or any type of partial refund) of course fee.
• For normal course there is only two video for review the course , after that you are not eligible for 100% refund. After view than review videos you are eligible for partial refund scheme but maximum 3 days are allowed for partial refund , the conditions of partial refund is same for normal course and only the days is 3 days maximum.( FOR PARTIAL REFUND KINDLY REFER PARTIAL REFUND POLICY)
• The package will not be entitled for refund if it is
• The Package will not be entitled for refund if anything is manually written or electronically printed on Physical books.
• The package will not be entitled for full refund if the product is activated electronically or accessed the video after accessing the minimum free video scheme as mentioned above.
• The platinum course fee/package will not be entitled for any type of Refund (i.e fully or partially both) if a person after enrolled him/her self as a .Episkill Trainer or given course satisfaction confirmation(i.e DIRECT SELLER CUM EPISKILL TRAINER) of EPISKILL CENTER, As after fully satisfied with the course content,video ,classes and coaching you will  enrolled yourself as a EPISKILL TRAINER of EPISKILL CENTER . So by enrolling as a EPISKILL TRAINER  any one will not eligible for any type of REFUND SCHEME ( i.e FULY OR PARTIAL REFUND)

In all other cases the refund will be fully processed. The refund will be made in the payment mode used by customer for making the purchase.

Once the refund is processed, the package will be listed under expired packages in the Mobile application under Customers login. The Customer can again order the same Package by making the appropriate payment.

Note:- Refund policies can vary widely depending on the institution, course type, and delivery method.

All refund requests shall be processed and disbursed within thirty working days from the date of delivery back of the said product/goods at the company.

PARTIAL REFUND POLICY

• Deadline for Refund Requests: Max of 17 days deadline is applicable for partial refund .
• Condition of the Course Material: If the course included materials like textbooks or equipment, their condition might be considered. Generally, they need to be returned in good condition for a refund.
• Percentage of Course Completed: Episkill Center offer refunds based on how much of the course you have completed. For example, if you drop out halfway through, you might be eligible for a 50% refund.
• And after 17 days of enrollment if you wants for cancellation of course ,then Max. 60% refund is applicable only if you won’t open the course or access the videos.
• If you access the videos then subsequent percentage of deduction applicable with respect to accessment of videos ,but max 70% refund is allowed after 10 days and 60% after 15 days excluding GST.
• After accessing the free videos or online classes if available for any course for review , if you continue further and after that cancellation of course occur then above partial refund condition is applicable and Partial refund course scheme is allowed maximum upto 15 days from the day of activation of course or enrollment.
• If you enrolled as a EPISKILL TRAINER of EPISKILL CENTER you are further not eligible for any type of REFUND(i.e FULLY / PARTIALLY) as per SKILLED PARTNER policy .

Reason for Withdrawal: Your reason for dropping the course can also affect your eligibility for a refund. Medical reasons, family emergencies, or dissatisfaction with the course might be considered differently.

1. Administrative Fees: An administrative fee and GST amount will also deduct  in addition to the refund amount after 15 days if cancellation occurs. But within 15 days if you have not opened the course and apply for REFUND  then only GST amount deduction will applicable or necessary as per GST law, other than GST amount no other  deduction occurs.
2. Formal Request Required: Typically, a formal request must be submitted for a refund. This might need to be in writing or submitted via a specific platform. i.e mail id or course cancellation tab and whats app.
3. Approval Process: The refund request usually goes through an approval process. The time taken to process these requests can vary.

NOT ELLIGIBLE FOR REFUND:-

• IF AFTER VIEWING FREE REVIEW VIDEOS IF AN ENROLLED MEMBER FURTHER CONTINUING OR FURTHER VIEWING / ACCESSING THE VIDEOS , THEN IT IS BY DEFAULT TREATED AS YOU ARE FULLY SATISFIED AND NO FURTHER REFUND IS APPLICABLE YOU ARE CLAIMING AGAINST YOUR ENROLLED COURSE. THAT IS YOU ARE NOT ELLIGIBLE FOR REFUND.
• IN THE ABOVE CASE YOU CANNOT CLAIM ANY REFUND , THAT IS THE COURSE FEE WILL BE TREATED AS NON REFUNDABLE AGAINST YOUR ENROLL ID.
• IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED CASE A PLATINUM MEMBER AFTER ENROLLING HIM/HER SELF AS A EPISKILL TRAINER OR COURSE SATISFACTION CONFIRMATION NOT ELLIGIBLE FOR ANY REFUND SCHEME .
• AFTER AGREEING AND 100 PERCENT COURSE  SATISFACTION  , THEN AFTER ONLY A PLATINUM MEMBER CAN JOIN AS EPISKILL TRAINER OF EPISKILL CENTER ONLY AFTER INSERTING THE OTP WHICH IS MEANT THAT YOU ARE FULLY SATISFIED AND NOT ALLOWED FOR FURTHER ANY TYPE OF REFUND.

NOTE:-   All refund requests shall be processed and disbursed within thirty working days from the date of delivery back of the said product/goods at the company.
